We do things more patiently since photography is about location and timing the right moment. Since there a perfect timing for the perfect photo taken of you or anything really.

Pricing the prints will be determined by the paper size, ink, materials, and shipping cost included it will depend on that for printing.

For shooting, it will depend on what we’ll bring to the shoot. For camera only, it will be $150 per hour, with travel costs will be separate to that, it will be depends how far we’ll travel. With lighting and backdrops included it would be $200-250 per hour.

The photographer has a speech disorder called dysarthria, so it will be difficult to understand him unless he types things out or uses text-to-speech, so he may demonstrate poses or shooting positions instead of explaining everything verbally. He takes a collaborative and patient approach, making sure the client understands the direction and feels comfortable throughout the shoot.

It depends on what. Since a lot of locations are protected by location permission. There are stuff that can only be able to print under a permit from the location and some only allowed it that certain day that permit is active. The prints in the store will be the ones that doesn’t require something or was allowed from location themselves.

Depending on the location some locations needs permits first before shooting can happen. For example, michigan state parks require 60 days advanced for a permit for a paid shooting can happen. Other places are different check the location first before doing a shoot.

Any photographs featuring a person likeness may need their permission before being used for any commercial purposes, which includes any advertising, marketing, promotional materials, or merchandise.
We requires written authorization before using individuals’ photographs for those purposes.

Ishkoten Photography uses it's site and social media platforms to showcase our photos to the world. And some of them may be advertise which means it’s spreads around and needs permit or permission before can advertise.

Because displaying someone’s likeness in promotional materials may constitute commercial use of their likeness, which requires written permission through our Photo Release Form before posting client photographs in public.

Your privacy matters to us. To make sure our cilents are comfortable. We will not post your photographs on our website, social media, or other promotional platforms without your written consent.

If you decide not to sign the Photo Release Form, then your photos will remain private and will only be delivered to you depending on what your preference on where to send it.
